All pens have replaceable ink refills that can be purchased at a local office supply store of customer's choice. Contact us if your local store doesn't have ink refill; we can sell same.
Warranties:
All pens working mechanism are guaranteed for two years. Wood pens are guaranteed for lifetime of lacquer finish.
